In Urdu, in English, or halfway between. However it comes out is correct. No performance required, no perfect words needed. Online across Pakistan, in person in Rawalpindi.
What People Bring
These are the sentences first sessions actually start with, answered the way I’d answer you.
“I’ve never told anyone this before.”
Most first sessions start exactly here. You’re on time, not behind.
If yours isn’t on this list, it still counts. Unfinished sentences welcome.
A First Session, Honestly
Most of the fear lives in not knowing what happens in there. So here is exactly what happens.
A sentence or two by email or WhatsApp is plenty. I reply personally with a few times that could work, or with the free fifteen-minute demo, if you’d rather test the water first. Nothing to prepare, tired counts as ready.
What stays between us (almost everything) and the few safety exceptions every psychologist is bound by. Camera-off while you settle in is completely fine.
In your words, at your pace, in whichever language it comes out in. No forms, no tests unless they’d genuinely help. We go at your pace, not a workbook’s.
If yes, sessions run fifty minutes at PKR 1,500, and we set a rhythm that fits your life. If no, that’s a complete answer, and there are no follow-up calls.
What We Work Toward
No transformation promises. Just the honest direction of the work:
Carrying it alone
Saying it out loud
Feelings running the day from the background
Understanding your patterns
Coping until Sunday, starting over Monday
Tools that survive the week
Progress isn’t linear, and I won’t pretend otherwise. But this is the direction, and you don’t walk it alone.
Who You’d Be Talking To
Before I sat in the therapist’s chair, I wrote publicly about living with anxiety myself. I know what it costs to say things out loud, which is why nothing in my room requires you to be ready, articulate, or fine.

What It Costs
Free demo session · 15 minutes
Try it before you book anything.
A separate fifteen-minute session, at no cost. Not the opening of a paid one. We talk, you ask whatever you want, and you decide from there. If you’d rather go straight to a full session, that’s fine too.
One message is enough.
Online across Pakistan, or in person at Primax Medical Complex, Murree Road, Rawalpindi.
Urdu, English, or both in the same sentence. Most people mix.
Message first, then we schedule. No apps, no portals, no forms.
The Quiet Worries
“Will anyone find out I’m in therapy?”
No. Sessions are confidential, and online needs nothing more than a quiet room and headphones. What you share stays between us, within the safety limits I explain plainly upfront.
“Is online therapy actually real therapy?”
Yes. Same work, same confidentiality, same me. Most of my clients meet me online: from their room, their car, a walk. Where you feel private is where therapy works.
“What if we don’t click?”
Then we say so, and you owe nothing further. A first session is a trial for both of us. “No” is a complete answer, and there are no follow-up calls.
“Will you judge what I tell you?”
My job is the opposite of judging. Nothing you say will be the first time a psychologist has heard it, and it stays in the room.
Say Hello
Borrow it word for word, or change every word. I reply personally, usually within two days. If it doesn’t feel right after one session, nothing chases you.
In immediate danger or crisis? Don’t wait for a reply. Call 1122 or go to your nearest hospital now.

Hi Asma, I think I need to talk to someone. It’s something that’s hard to name yet. I’d prefer online sessions, speaking a mix of Urdu and English. Could we set up a first time?
